GoPlay!

GoPlay! is a prototype I made to test my abilities to write efficient multiplayer communications in the Unity Game Engine. Inspired by Jackbox Games and Kahoot, it supports up to 16 players using their phones as controllers connected to a host computer, with phone gyroscope data driving the gameplay.

Players tilt their phones to steer their ball in a sumo-wrestling style competition while the play area shrinks around them. Last player standing on the platform wins.

The project demonstrates my Photon Unity Networking abilities and taught me a lot about sending packets across hosts and clients efficiently.
